Joel Baker
Joel has served as an attorney since 2007, practicing law for over seventeen years in West Virginia. Throughout his almost two decades of experience, he has gained a wealth of knowledge in multiple areas of the law.
During his legal career, Joel has obtained single-case settlements of over one million dollars for multiple clients in civil litigation matters and was the West Virginia Title Lead for a Fortune 500 Company where he resolved complex real estate issues. Joel has been fortunate enough to handle the adoption of hundreds of children throughout the state. Joel also has experience with estate planning, wills, and other legal issues. Having grown up in a small, rural town, Joel enjoys the day-to-day interactions with clients and practicing law in the beautiful community of Spencer.
Taylor Clothier
Taylor grew up in Reedy, West Virginia, she has always had a deep connection to her roots and a strong sense of community. After graduating from Roane County High School in 2012, Taylor pursued further education at Washington State Community College, where she earned an associate degree in Health and Wellness in 2014. In 2022, Taylor decided to shift gears and embarked on a new journey as a paralegal, bringing her analytical skills and attention to detail to the legal profession.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Taylor finds joy and relaxation in spending quality time with her family and engaging in activities like farming, fishing, and boating. These hobbies allow her to unwind, connect with nature, and create lasting memories with her loved ones.
Kristin Pena
Kristin was born and raised in Gandeeville, West Virginia, where she still resides. Kristin brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience providing clients with seamless and efficient real estate closings, all while wearing a genuine smile and enjoying client interactions. Kristin possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a huge commitment to client satisfaction, all of which are the basis of her successful career in the real estate industry. Kristin prides herself on always providing personalized service and guidance to each client, ensuring that real estate transactions are handled with the utmost professionalism and care.
In her free time, Kristin enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, hiking, golfing, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. Kristin strives to bring positivity and laughter into the lives of those around her, and she enjoys helping her community in any way possible.
Mikayla Bonner
Mikayla was born and raised in Randolph County, West Virginia and is currently a resident of Westover, WV where she lives with her high school sweetheart, Caleb, their two dogs and one cat. Mikayla went to WVU for both undergrad and law school, where she studied foreign languages and property law. She previously worked as a juvenile public defender before focusing solely on property law, and has since assisted hundreds of families in buying, selling, and securing their dream homes.
When she is not focused on work, Mikayla enjoys quality time with her family, cooking for her friends and community, and reading any fantasy novels she can get her hands on.
Katie Gaughan
Katie is a senior studying professional writing and pre-law at La Roche University in Pittsburgh, PA. She hopes to go to law school after finishing her undergraduate degree in May of 2025.
